Gaia is everything I ever wanted in a Leo. She has been a delight since the day we brought her home. She is often happy to be a big lazy dog and loaf about the house, but when she decides to play, she just lets it all out and becomes a turbo Leo. She loves to go hiking, herding, and swimming. Her other passions are car rides, street-fairs, and playing with other Leonbergers.
Although she has done well in the show ring, it is not her favorite activity. Gaia has good structure, a beautiful head, and an excellent temperament. She took Best of Breed and Group 1 win at an ARBA show October of 2003. She has many Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite wins and has won the Champion Bitch class at our Northwest Regional Specialty three times. She has completed the requirements to obtain her CKC championship a few times, but I have not been successful in my attempts to get her registered with them.

Gaia is no longer being bred, she suffered from pyrometria during her last litter and was spayed.
