Our next planned litter will be with Java, Tir na nOg's Annwn of Ravenscroft this winter or spring. Java has has OFA hips good, elbows and thyroid normal, her BACL will be completed this summer.

With
this breeding we aim to produce puppies of good size, great bone structure,
excellent conformation and movement, with a fabulous temperament and a winning
attitude. This is a very exciting combination of two foreign imports from very
healthy lines with pedigrees that are rare in the US. Kefira, our Hungarian
import, ranked #8 in UKC 2002, #5 UKC in
2003 and top west coast Leo in UKC 2003. She has numerous BOB wins and went
Winners' Bitch at LCNW Winter 2003. Tonka, from Finland, is a large and impressive male with an
amazingly sweet temperament.

Please, do not be intimidated by our questions. They will help us match the
right puppy with you based on your lifestyle, the type of home you will provide, the experience you
previously have had with dogs, why you want a Leonberger, what you want from
your new canine family member.
Why get a Tir na nÓg puppy?

We are there 24/7 for the first 4 weeks and then we are with the puppies for most of the day every day.

Each day every puppy is weighed, combed, massaged, nails trimmed, and handled.

Each puppy gets individual time out of the whelping box for attention, training, and evaluation.

All puppies are litter box trained in the whelping pen

We teach eat puppy to sit for attention before 5 weeks and continue with early training

We expose the puppies to different noises and experiences each day to help them deal with new experiences well later in life.

By eight weeks our puppies have been evaluated for temperament and structure, had professional photos, had a chance to herd ducks, played with other safe dogs and seen our cat many times.

They will be carefully exposed to several people of all ages, including our toddler son daily

They have a crate in their whelping pen and between 7 - 8 weeks they will eat some meals and take a few car rides in crates to get them comfortable with them

We will be there to help and support you for the entire life of your Leo and beyond
